پیشگفتار

این اولین گزارشی است که در مورد درس کارورزی با این دید و دقت نظر محدودی که دارم گزارشی می نویسم.

انگیزه ی نوشتن گزارش یکی این بود که حالت اجباری داشته و برای پاس کردن این درس همه ی دانشجو معلمان باید این گزارش را تهیه کنند ولی دلیل دیگر که خود نیز به آن تمایل بیشتری دارم این است که گزارش میزان دقت نظر بنده و سایر دانشجو معلمان را به درس کاربردی (کارورزی) نشان می دهد.

در واقع با نوشتن است که دانشجو به استاد خود نشان می دهد که چقدر توانسته است مطالبی را که در ترم های قبل به صورت تئوری یاد گرفته در میدان عمل به اجراء در آورد. از جمله محدودیت هایی که در این گزارش وجود داشت: اضطراب از گرفتن نمره که همچنان نیز وجود دارد،

فراوانی مسائل (که نمی توانستم از مهمی آن ها چشم بپوشم)، تاثیر درس های دیگر که با پرداختن به این گزارش از این درس ها عقب می افتادم و موارد دیگر که همه بر این گزارش سایه افکنده است. در این قسمت جا دارد از استاد ............. که در نحوه ی نوشتن این گزارش و در پاسخ دادن به سوالات فراوان بنده از هیچ کمکی دریغ نکردند تشکر نماییم و همچنین رفتار و اخلاق مناسب ایشان را سرلوحه ی کار خود قرار دهم.
لازم است اشاره کنم در نوشتن این گزارش از راهنمایی دوستان نیز
بهره مند شده وچند گزارش کارورزی را مطالعه کرده ودر گزارش خود
از انها استفاده نموده ام.

 

 

مقدمه

اصل کلمه ی کارورزی به واژه ی (کارورز) بر می گردد و به فردی گفته می شود که در حین تحصیل در آموزش عالی و یا به فاصله بعد از پایان دوران تحصیل تنها با هدف کسب تجربه و مهارت کاری و عملی در موسسه ای مشغول به کار شود.

کارورزی ابزاری است برای تبدیل تئوری به عمل که این کار فقط با حضور دانشجو معلم در جو مدرسه امکان پذیر خواهد شد. واحد درسی کارورزی صرفا یک ماده ی درسی ساده برای دانشجو معلمان نیست و عموما درسی است تا دانشجو را در فضای شغلی آینده قرار دهد تا اضطراب ها و پریشانی های وی نسبت به شغل آینده اش بر طرف شود.

همین حضور در فضاهای آموزشی است که آمادگاه بسیار مهمی برای تربیت معلمان آینده ی سرزمین مان محسوب می شود. در این فضا است که یک معلم با تجربه و آب دیده ساخته می شود

همان طور که هادی پورشافعی نیز در این مورد معتقد است: «دانش، شیوه نگرش، چیرگی و تسلط به کار، سه خصیصه اساسی در موفقیت حرفه ای است. به دلیل ویژگی های منحصر به فرد موقعیت های تربیتی، تفاوت های فردی و تنوع آن، توجه به پویایی نظام آموزشی، به ویژه شایستگی های معلم، مضاعف می شود، لذا باید بر خصلت حرفه ای بودن عمل معلم به جد تاکید شود.» (پورشافعی، 1385، 3)
