چکیده
امروزه بحث جهانی شدن GLOBALZATION امروزه منجر به بروز چالش هایی در جوامع در حال توسعه شده است.
این بحث شرایط ویژه ای را در نظام های تعلیم و تربیت جهانی پدید آورده است. بدین صورت اگر نظام های آموزشی، موقعیت کنونی را به درستی درک و تحلیل نمایند، می توانند در برابر آن دست به انتخاب درست بزنند
و تهدیدهای مبهم را به فرصت های ممتاز تبدیل نمایند و در غیر این صورت با مشکلات فرهنگی، اجتماعی اقتصادی متعددی روبرو خواهند شد که جوامع ساده و اولیه را زمین گیر خواهد نمود. در این مقاله موارد زیر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

مقدمه
درس رياضي ، يكي از اركان مهم تدريس و يكي از پايه هاي بنيادين در سطوح مختلف تحصيلي مي باشد كه مقدمه ورود به سالهاي بعدي براي نيل به اهداف مهم جامعه مي باشد
كه هر زمان بـايد مورد اهميت خاصي از سوي معلمين و دست اندركاران آموزش و پرورش در تمامي پايه ها و مراكز قرار گيرد كه با شاخص قرار دادن اين درس ، انتظار مي رود جوامع در سالهاي آتي نه تنها در اين درس به مشكلي برخورد نكرده باشند
بلكه بتوانند از عهده انجام مسئوليتهاي محوله در رابطه با اين درس برآيند . با اين مقدمه كوتاه مي خواهم در تحقيق خود از علل ضعف دانش آموزان ابتدايي در درس رياضي بپردازم كه اميدوارم كه مورد اهميت قرار گيرد.

چالش هاي موجود در نظام معلمي
الف ) پايين بودن شأن و مقام معلمي در اجتماع
ب ) پايين بودن سطح دانش و مهارت حرفه‌اي آنان
ج ) پايين بودن حقوق و مزاياي معلمي.
اين سه چالش نيز خود در به ثمر نرسيدن تحول بنيادين در آموزش و پرورش تأثيرگذار است و علت ديگر آن بي‌توجهي به فلسفه تعليم و تربيت در نظام آموزشي است.
بايد معلم را با فرهنگ جديد سر كلاس فرستاد و به اين صورت است كه تحول شكل مي‌گيرد. تا به امروز درباره نقش اساسي دستگاه تعليم و تربيت به عنوان زيرساخت توسعه پايدار شعارهايي داده شده اما هنوز نقش آن باور نشده است در حالي كه بايد گفت آموزش و پرورش موتور توسعه جامعه است و اگر اين را بپذيريم، نگاهها به اين دستگاه تغيير خواهد كرد.
اما اگر جايگاه آموزش و پرورش به عنوان جايگاه نخست در راه تعالي جامعه تلقي نشود، اتفاق خاصي در آن نخواهد افتاد و به همين شكل فعلي به فعاليتش ادامه خواهد داد.
در پژوهشي كه در چند مدرسه و چندين كلاس ، علي الخصوص كلاس خودم ، كلاس سوم متوسطه به انجام رسانده ام به نتايجي برخورد كرده ام كه ذكر آن در اين مطلب خالي از لطف نمي باشد.« حدود 26سال است كه به تدريس اشتغال دارم .
در اين مدت درس رياضي چندان به نظر من پرنشاط و فعال نيست.
از روشهاي مختلف تدريس و از وسايل كمك آموزشي و رسانه اي مختلفي براي تدريس اين درس استفاده مي كنم و در اين ميان از اولياي دانش آموزان و كتابهاي مختلفي كه در اين زمينه باشد كمك گرفته ام.
پس از تدريس درس مربوطه ، از تك تك دانش آموزان يا بصورت گروهي به نوبت و از روي دفتر اسامي مي خواهم پاي تخته بيايند تا تمرين مربوط به درس امروز را حل كنند .
دانش آموزان هم اين كار را انجام مي دهند و من هم به طور نظري و هم از جنبه ي عملي نمره اي براي آنها منظور مي كنم.در حين نوشتن تمرين مي خواهم كه همگي توجهشان را به روي تخته سياه جلب كنند ولي معمولا اين كار به صورت فعال و از روي علاقه انجام نمي گيرد.
برخي با هم حرف مي زنند – برخي مي خوابند – برخي درس ديگر مي خواند – برخي جدول حل مي كند يا گروهي مي خندند. به هر طريق اين كلاس معمولا بدون فعاليت موثر و يادگيري اكثر دانش آموزان طي مي شود. »

اين وضعيت چندان براي من و دانش آموزان خوب نبود تصميم گرفتم تا آنجا كه مي توانم در اين وضعيت نامطلوب كلاس رياضي تغيير و تحولي ايجاد كنم براي اينكار فكر كردم بهتر است نخست از خود دانش آموزان بپرسم كه چرا كلاس درس رياضي اين اندازه بي روح و ناكارآمد است.
يك روز تصميم گرفتم در چنين وضعيتي موضوع را با خود آنان در ميان بگذارم . روبه آنان ايستادم ، چند دقيقه اي سكوت كرده و نظاره گر حركات و رفتارشان شدم ؛ چند دقيقه كه به اين صورت گذشت . كلاس آرام شد همه سكوت كردند.
از دانش آموزان خواستم تمام وسايل روي ميز خود را جمع و در بحثي كه مي خواستم مطرح كنند و همه نيز قبول كردند.روبه بچه ها گفتم : بچه ها همان گونه كه خود شما هم شاهد هستيد زنگ رياضي شما مثل ساير زنگها فعال و موثر نيست .
بلكه يك كلاس بي روح و كسل كننده است و نتيجه لازم نيز عايد و مطلوب نيست.
من فكر مي كنم بهتر است نخست اين موضوع را با خود شما در ميان بگذارم پرسشي را مطرح كردن تا از نظرهاي مختلف دانش آموزان راجع به درس رياضي و وضعيت آنها آشنا شوم.
بچه ها نيز با علاقه خاص پذيرفته و در بحث راجع به موضوع شركت جستند. گفتم : بچه ها پرسش من از شما اني است : چرا به درس رياضي كه يكي از درسهاي مهم پايه و اساسي هر درس توجه لازم و كافي را مبذول نمي فرماييد.
اگر مي خواهيد در هر رشته مهم دانشگاهي شركت كنيد و وارد بازار كار شويد و به جامعه خود خدمت كنيد بايد اين درس مهم و پايه را در نظر قرار دهيد.
چون دانستن اين درس براي شما لازم و ضروري است اگر مي خواهيد دكتر و مهندس و ... شويد و در جامعه نقش داشته باشيد بايد حتما درس رياضي را بلد باشيد. موافقيد نظرتان را راجع به اين درس جويا شويد كه در اين موقع شور و هلهله اي راه افتاد : سخنان بسياري گفته شد خلاصه آنچه گفته شد به شرح زير است :
1- از اول ابتدايي تاكنون بسيار از معلمان ما درس رياضي را جدي نگرفته اند.
2- بسياري از معلمان راه و روش تدريس درس رياضي را بلد نيستند.
3- از وسايل كمك آموزشي مناسب و كافي استفاده نمي شود.
4- درس رياضي خيلي سخت است و نياز به تمرين و تمركز زيادي است.
5- به درس رياضي آن طور كه بايد معلمان خود بها نمي دهند و از اهميت آن ما را آگاه نكرده اند.
اكثر مطالب گفته شده را يادداشت كردم . با دانش آموزان قرار گذاشتم گاهي اوقات در باره نحوه بهبود كلاس هاي رياضي صحبت كنيم و راههايي را كه به نظر ميرسد در شيوه تدريس اين درس براي بالا بردن كيفيت و بهبود آن بيان كنند تا به نتيجه اي برسيم.

Introduction
Mathematics course is one of the important pillars of teaching and one of the basic foundations in different levels of education, which is the introduction to the next years to achieve important goals of society, which should always be of special importance by teachers and those involved in education.
