چکیده
در جوامع پیشرفته امروزی پرورش خلاقیت از مهمترین اصول است با بررسی کشورهایی که از نظر صنعتی فرهنگی و اجتماعی رشد چشمگیری داشته اند متوجه می شویم که این کشورها در زمینه ی پرورش خلاقیت رشد و تلاش بیشتری داشته اند .در حال حاضر در کشورهای توسعه یافته شکوفایی خلاقیت یکی از عالی ترین و محکم ترین اهداف آموزش و پرورش است .
در شرط حساس کنونی و با توجه به تحولات بسیار سریع و اجتناب ناپذیر دنیا ، اگر خواهان پرورش استعدادها و شکوفایی خلاقیت و نوآوری در افراد هستیم باید نظام آموزش و پرورش را متحول کرد . برای این منظور لازم است هماهنگی و برنامه ریزی دقیق و کاملی در عرصه ی آموزش و پرورش داشته باشیم .در این فرایند معلم نقش اصلی را ایفا می کند . تنها معلم خلاق است که می تواند دانش آموزان خلاق و نوآور پرورش دهد .
اما نکته ی قابل تامل آن است که هر آموزش و پرورش و هر معلمی نمی تواند این بار سنگین رابه مقصد برساند . تنها آموزش و پرورش پویا ، خلاق ، متحول می تواند در تحقق این رسالت تاریخی خویش موفق باشد . هسته اصلی تحول در نظام آموزشی « خلاقیت است » بنابراین داشتن افرادی که توانایی پرورش پویایی و خلاقیت را دارند از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است .
با توجه به این که سرنوشت جامعه به دست افراد خلاق رقم می خورد با خود تصمیم گرفتم در سال تحصیلی حاضر اقداماتی را در جهت پرورش خلاقیت دانش آموزان انجام دهم و مساله را برای خود این طور عنوان نمودم که : چه اقداماتی انجام دهم تا خلاقیت دانش آموزانم را افزایش دهم.
اطلاع رسانی خانواده ها از طریق کلاس های آموزش خانواده ، استفاده از روش های تشویق و اجرای طرح های جدید برای رشد و پرورش خلاقیت دانش آموزان وهمچنین تمرینات ویژه دانش آموزان و به کارگیری روش تدریس فعال و پویا ... از جمله کارهایی بود که با همکاری مدیر مدرسه و سایر همکاران انجام دادم و
در آن توفیق پیدا کردم و امید است این اثر بتواند سهمی در شکوفایی و باروری تفکر خلاق همه ی دانش آموزان این سرزمین داشته باشد و معلمان در هر دوره تحصیلی بتوانند به تقویت تفکر خلاق بپردازند
و بدین سان بتوانند پرهای بسته دانش آموزان را بگشایند و آنها را همچون همای سعادت بر بلندای جامعه به پرواز در آورند.
مقدمه
چه زیباست در صدف هستی مروارید خلاقیت را یافتن و به زیور وجود خود آراستن . مگر می شود که انسان به زیور هستی آراسته و روح خدا در او دمیده شده و در روی زمین جانشین خدا و خداوند به او کرامت و بزرگی بخشیده و شنوا و بینا و دانا و قدرت بیان و نوشتن داشته باشد ولی خلاق نباشد .
امروزه همه جوامع بشری به خلاقیت نیاز مبرم دارند خلاقیت رمز اصلی و اساسی پیشرفت و مانع وابستگی یک جامعه پویا است .
« تورین بی » عقیده دارد اگر جامعه نتواند از موهبت خلاقیت استفاده کند انسان دیگر اشرف مخلوقات نیست ، بلکه کم اثرترین مخلوقات خواهد بود(حسینی1367(
هنر به عنوان یک درس,می تواند کمک زیادی,هم به معلم و هم به دانش آموز بکند.برای مثال به معلم کمک می کند تا از طریق نقاشی به خصوصیات روحی و روانی و میزان هوش دانش آموز خود پی ببرد و با شناخت مشکلات جسمی و روحی او,با کمک خانواده راهی برای درمان آن پیدا کند.
به علاوه می تواند,میزان توقع خود و توانایی دانش آموز را معین و براساس آن با فراگیر رفتار کند(بهرامی,1385) از سوی دیگر,هنر به عنوان یک درس به دانش آموز کمک می کند,با فعالیت هنری و انتقال تخیلات و مشکلات روحی و روانی خود,به تخلیه ی درونی دست بزند و از میزان فشار درونی اش بکاهد تا بهتر بتواند با دنیای اطراف ارتباط برقرار کند..
(بهرامی, 1385) پس معلمین گرامی با آگاهی از خصوصیات درس هنر و رتباط آن با روح و روان کودک,باید به درس هنر و زنگ هنر اهمیت دهند و برای تقویت درس های دیگر,زنگ هنر را اشغال نکنند. بلکه با اهمیت دادن به درس هنر,باعث تقویت و پرورش روح خلاق در دانش آموزان خود شوند. (بهرامی, 1385)
توصیف مسئله
در یکی از روز هایی که درس هنر داشتیم، از دانش آموزان خواستم دفاتر نقاشی خود را باز کنند و نقاشی با موضوع آزاد رسم کنند.دانش آموزان نقاشی هایی با موضوعات کلیشه ای شامل خانه ، درخت و ... رسم کردند که البته نقاشی های رسم شده مشابه نقاشی هایی بود که قبلا رسم کرده بودند.
آن چه من در زنگ هنر دیده بودم برایم مسئله ای به وجود آورده بود: چطور می شود افکار بچه ها درباره موضوع نقاشی که آزاد است همان باشد که قبلا مشابه اش را فکر کرده و ترسیم کرده اند.
لذا در پی حل این مشکل آمدم و مسئله با این شکل برای خودم در نظر گرفتم: چگونه می توانم با استفاده از مواد دور ریختنی در زنگ هنر خلاقیت را در دانش آموزان پایه چهارم افزایش دهم؟
